  • Northerly works both in the San Francisco Bay Area and the Leelanau/Grand Traverse Region of Northern Michigan.

  • We limit the number of projects worked on simultaneously. It’s common to have a 4-6 month lead time however, projects often change and we encourage you to ask for our availability.

  • We prioritize new construction homes with a modern aesthetic. Renovation work is typically not considered unless it’s a sizable scope of work.

  • Our fees vary per region and project type.

  • We have 40+ years cumulative experience in design and construction, are AIA Licensed and Associate AIA members, and hold LEED AP accreditation.

  • We use a industry standard BIM (3D) and real time rendering software for the majority of our work. This allows us to give our clients a good sense of the design from early on in the process. We offer coordination with the majority of professional software.
